Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for operational excellence and client service At WTW were looking for a Claims Operations Team Manager to lead a high-performing team and drive exceptional outcomes for our clients.

This is more than just a management role its an opportunity to shape the future of claims handling at one of the worlds leading advisory broking and solutions companies.

This hybrid role is based in our Ipswich office and offers the opportunity to work closely with colleagues across our global networkincluding London Mumbai and other WTW officesas well as with clients insurers and other key stakeholders involved in the claims process.

What Youll Be Doing

As a Claims Manager youll lead and inspire a team of claims professionals playing a key role in ensuring the delivery of a high-quality claims service to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage day-to-day operations performance and development of your team.
  • Build strong relationships with clients internal stakeholders and suppliers.
  • Drive continuous improvement through Operational Excellence (OpEx) principles.
  • Monitor performance against SLAs and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Support strategic initiatives and business change programmes across Claims Operations.


Qualifications

What You Bring

Qualifications:

  • Preferably educated to degree level and with professional qualifications
  • Relevant industry/management experience

Experience:

  • Strong technical claims knowledge
  • Proven leadership in operational or client-facing roles.

Skills:

  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with clients underwriters and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage change and drive process improvement
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex tasks simultaneously.
