Dfinition du problme diagnostic analyse et recommandations proactives dans le contexte dune entreprise ou dun organisme. Complt en groupe de quatre ou cinq tudiants le projet est supervis conjointement par un professeur du programme de MBA ainsi quun Mentor de projet membre de lAssociation Canadienne des Conseillers en Management. Des rapports de progression seront faits rgulirement par courrier lectronique ou Internet ou en personne. Lvaluation sera faite par le professeur qui tiendra compte des commentaires reus de lorganisation daccueil et du Mentor de projet. La proposition de projet doit tre accepte par le superviseur le directeur du programme de MBA et par un reprsentant de lentreprise ou de lorganisme.
