What Youll Be Doing
- Lead and develop our support team both technically and personally and take on team leadership responsibilities.
- Act as a key contact for all things IT infrastructure operations cloud and automation.
- Design and implement automation solutions using PowerShell andScriptRunner for both customer projects and internal environments.
- Tackle complex support cases with a hands-on solution-oriented mindset.
- Take a proactive approach to engaging with our customers: find out howtheyreusingScriptRunner whattheyreplanning and where we can support them even a sparring partner idea generator and trusted advisor.
- Collaborate closely with our development and marketing teams and contribute to product communication e.g. through blog posts or knowledge base content.
- Represent ScriptRunner in the IT Pro community with expertise and enthusiasm.
You have
- Experience in system administration or technical customer support ideally with some leadership experience.
- Strong PowerShell skills anda track recordof implementing automation solutions.
- Solid knowledge of Windows Server Microsoft services Azure AD virtualization networking and security.
- Analytical thinking structured work style and clear documentation skills.
- Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
