The Role You Will Play
- The Account Executive will work independently and must have the personality to deal with multiple accounts giving them feedback and direction.
- This individual must be personable know how to talk with people and be able to understand what your potential customer needs and wants are.
- Time management is key they will handle multiple accounts and will have to have good problem solving skills.
- Sales experience in the Heating and Air Conditioning world knowing how to speak the language and understand the basics of the industry.
- Estimation is key need to know the ins and outs of the business and how to quote a particular business model.
