Hillels of Georgia seeks a creative and outgoing professional with strong interpersonal communication and project management skills to serve as the Director of Leadership. This individual will be a team player with an entrepreneurial spirit and a proven track record of working with students to enhance leadership development. They will be a natural relationship builder with experience in leadership development supervision education and/or entrepreneurship complemented by a passion for Jewish life and involvement in the Jewish community.
Working within a dynamic Hillels of Georgia leadership team the Director of Leadership will lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive student engagement and leadership strategy to reach Hillels of Georgia Jewish student population. A core aspect of the role involves creating the curriculum and launching our brand-new Leven-Silberman Leadership Institute. Collaborating closely with campus teams the Director will engage students to create opportunities for building strong and vibrant Jewish communities. Another core aspect of this position will be the supervision of five full-time and one part-time campus directors providing them with support and growth opportunities. This position requires both independent initiative and teamwork to foster meaningful student connections and leadership growth.
