Exciting Job Opportunity: Full-Time CNA (Certified Nurse Aide)
Location: Columbia Falls MT
Shift: Days 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
Schedule: 13-week contract Guaranteed 32 hours/week with high chance of additional shifts
Start Date: ASAP No RTO accepted
Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate experienced Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) to join our long-term care team. This full-time opportunity is ideal for someone with at least 5 years of LTC experience including 2 years in dementia care who is dependable proactive and a team player.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing dressing and oral hygiene
Take and record vital signs collect specimens and assist in emergencies
Maintain accurate records and communicate changes in resident condition
Foster a safe clean and supportive environment for all residents
Collaborate with staff and contribute to a positive team culture
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid Montana CNA Certification (Required)
Minimum 2 years experience in healthcare or group home setting (Required)
5 years total LTC experience including 2 years with dementia residents
Must have strong communication observation and teamwork skills
Must have reliable transportation rural location with limited public transit
Other Details:
CPI certification preferred
Flexibility required must be willing to adjust to scheduling needs
Vehicle required due to remote location
Pay Package Details
13 Weeks
40 Hours Per Week
$12.50 Hourly taxable
$71.00 OT Hourly taxable
$300.00 Meals & Incidentals Per Diem (Tax Free)
$600.00 Lodging Per Diem (Tax Free)
$500.00 Taxable
$900.00 Tax Free
$1400.00 Weekly Before Taxes
