Job Description:
Seronda Network We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Communications Coordinator to join our team and play a vital role in enhancing our organizations brand presence and outreach strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating implementing and managing communication strategies that effectively convey our mission and values to diverse audiences.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute communication strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Create and manage engaging content for social media platforms websites and newsletters.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all communications.
- Monitor and analyze communication metrics to assess and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Prepare press releases media kits and promotional materials for events and initiatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with media representatives and other communication stakeholders.
Skills Required:
- Bachelors degree in communications marketing public relations or a related field.
- Proven experience in a communications role preferably in a non-profit or similar setting.
- Excellent writing editing and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with content management systems and design tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite).
