Job Description

Your opportunity

We are looking for a detail-oriented Technology Procurement Officer to join our team. In this role you will collaborate with stakeholders and business owners to create and implement portfolio-wide contract and supplier management strategies.

About the Role:

This role offers the opportunity to shape forecast planning contribute to insightful contract reviews and support effective vendor selection and negotiation. Youll play a key part in ensuring our procurement processes are efficient strategic and aligned with our broader business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing an enterprise long-term sourcing framework and implement sourcing and procurement policies aligned with industry best practices.

  • Influence business owners to ensure the necessary commercial practices are agreed before progressing to sourcing.

  • Work with business owners to understand their ongoing requirements future demand and planned long-term strategy.

  • Supporting new initiatives and business cases by performing upfront market research and due diligence on new vendors.

  • Maintaining ongoing governance of existing vendors and strategically planning renewals.

  • Creation and maintenance of supplier profiles and the required commercial/governance documentation.

  • Act as the commercial procurement SME for projects and tenders.
