Business and Operations Support Officer

Fixed Term Full Time - 21 July 2025 to 19 December 2025

We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Business and Operations Support Officer to provide efficient and effective administrative support to the Director of Business and Operations ensuring all non-teaching functions align with St Hildas Schools educational mission and strategic goals. You will have proven administration and organisational capabilities with strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.

The role encompasses activities within the following key areas:

  • Director of Business and Operations Manager and team support
  • Back-up Payroll Officer
  • Support in all reception and retail areas of the School.

Key Requirements:

  • Ability to multi-task work in a fast-paced environment problem solve and resolve customer concerns in a calm manner
  • Ability to communicate sensitively and confidentially with stakeholders in a calm and skillful manner taking care to converse with parents and visitors discretely
  • Ability to prioritise competing demands be flexible learn new systems and share knowledge and skills with others
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and databases
  • A professional confident and helpful customer service approach
  • Exceptional personal presentation
  • Punctual reliable and self-motivated
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive
  • Experience in a school not-for-profit or complex multi-stakeholder environment highly regarded
  • Current Paid Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
  • Current CPR/First Aid Qualification
  • Willingness to have your name submitted to the Anglican Churchs Professional Standards Register.
