We are looking for aProgram/ Project Manager - Non-Tech 2 to join us as we build cutting-edge technology solutions! This is your opportunity to be part of a team that is committed to delivering best in class service to our customers.
In this role:
You will support high-impact data center infrastructure initiatives by managing vendor relationships analyzing operational metrics and coordinating cross-functional program activities. This role is ideal for a data-driven professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and is interested in supporting AI-related hardware deployments. You will be instrumental in helping scale and optimize data center readiness to support emerging technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee coordination of vendor operations for networking equipment delivery and installation in large-scale data centers.
- Plan and manage non-technical programs involving analytics finance hardware logistics or process improvement.
- Monitor KPIs operational trends and time-based metrics to provide clear reporting and actionable insights.
- Lead meetings and communications with stakeholders to ensure alignment across teams.
- Support strategic planning efforts by providing data-driven recommendations.
- Drive optimization initiatives through detailed data mining and analysis.
- Assist in the ramp-up of new projects with a strong focus on documentation onboarding and operational rhythm setup.
- Ensure compliance with timelines budgets and quality standards.
Basic Qualifications:
- 4 years of experience in program or project management with a strong focus on data analytics and performance tracking.
- Bachelors degree in business administrationFinance Analytics or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated ability to manage vendor relationships and cross-functional coordination.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong executive presence.
- Proficient in tools like Excel PowerPoint and other business intelligence platforms.
- Experience in presenting reports and insights to leadership.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMI or PMP certification.
- Experience working on hardware deployment or infrastructure-related programs.
- Familiarity with supply chain logistics or vendor-based operational workflows.
- Prior experience supporting AI or next-gen technology environments.
- Demonstrated success in ramping up new programs and building out operating rhythms.
Salary Range
Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including without limitation skill sets education responsibilities experience and geographical market. The pay range for this position reflects geographic based ranges for Washington state: $80000 to $85000 USD/annually. The salary/wage and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidates qualifications and experience and may be outside this range.
