About the role

This role contributes to the success of the City by providing high-level administrative services to support the Office of the Lord Mayor.

Role accountabilities include:

  • Coordinate and monitor correspondence including independently writing responses to enquiries or concerns.
  • Research and develop briefing materials for meetings speeches events and functions.
  • Maintain corporate records in line with Council policies and procedures.
  • Support the delivery of special projects including a broad range of events forums and functions.
