What is expected in this role:
- Manage third parties financial and administrative related requests;
- Ensure third parties satisfaction follow up and timely closing of all requests;
- Liaise with other teams to come up with solutions;
- Good communication skills as all interactions are carried out in writing;
- Problem solving oriented.
What were looking for:
- Fluency in Portuguese and English;
- Strong customer orientation;
- Planning and organisation skills;
- Domain of computer tools.
