Job Description

Job Title: Inside Sales Specialist (F&B)

Role Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet business goals.
  • Identify potential clients and generate new leads through various channels.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Handle inbound and outbound sales calls providing exceptional service.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage sales pipeline and track progress.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
  • Attend industry events and networking functions to promote products.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities.
  • Train and mentor junior sales team members as needed.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to enhance sales.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales preferably in the F&B sector.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and events as required.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools is a plus.
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs.
  • Strong networking skills to build professional relationships.
  • Previous experience in inside sales is preferred.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
