Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior SEO Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving our organic growth strategy improving website visibility and ensuring our digital assets are optimized for maximum performance. Key Responsibilities:
Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct keyword research to identify high-performing keywords and trends.
- Optimize website content meta tags and on-page elements to improve search rankings.
- Monitor analyze and report on website performance using tools like Google Analytics Search Console and other SEO platforms.
- Content Strategy & Optimization:
- Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-friendly content.
- Perform regular audits of existing content to identify opportunities for optimization.
- Ensuring content aligns with the latest SEO trends and algorithms.
Technical SEO:
- Conduct technical audits to identify and resolve issues like broken links crawl errors and site speed.
- Implement structured data (schema markup) to enhance search visibility.
- Work with developers to ensure SEO best practices are followed in website architecture and coding.
- Competitor Analysis:
- Analyze competitor SEO strategies and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in search engine algorithms.
- Performance Monitoring:
- Track and report key SEO metrics such as organic traffic rankings and conversions.
- Identify growth opportunities and recommend actionable insights.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers designers and marketers to ensure seamless of SEO initiatives.
Requirements:
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in marketing Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-4 years of proven experience in SEO preferably in a senior or lead role.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Proficient in SEO tools such as Ahrefs SEMrush Moz Screaming Frog and others.
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms ranking factors and SEO best practices.
- Hands-on experience with website analytics tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Excellent analytical problem-solving and project management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of HTML CSS and JavaScript is a plus.
