Job Description
Were hiring a Sales Supervisor to support a team of inside and outside reps for a trusted building supply company. Youll help manage accounts coach reps and keep the team on track.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and support sales team
Assist with key accounts and complex deals
Monitor performance and daily activity
Coordinate with operations for smooth delivery
Train and coach new hires
Qualifications :
Requirements:
24 years of sales experience (building materials preferred)
Supervisory or team lead experience
CRM proficiency
Strong communication and organizational skills
