Job Title: Property Consultant

Role Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a robust network of clients and industry contacts.
  • Prepare marketing materials and listings for properties.
  • Conduct property inspections and showcase properties to potential buyers.
  • Negotiate offers and agreements on behalf of clients.
  • Keep informed of current market trends and changes in property laws.
  • Provide clients with expert advice on investment opportunities.
  • Handle inquiries and provide exceptional customer service throughout the purchasing process.
  • Coordinate staging and presentation of properties for viewing.
  • Manage all documentation and compliance related to property transactions.
  • Promote company services through networking and community events.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in property sales or real estate consulting.
  • Strong knowledge of the Australian real estate market.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate management software.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a results-oriented approach.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping clients.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Active real estate license is preferred.
  • Ability to handle multiple clients and properties simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills for market analysis and property valuation.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to industry changes.
  • Ethical and transparent approach to business practices.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • A valid driver s license and reliable transportation.
