Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Commercial Estimator to join our team in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing plans preparing accurate cost estimates and assisting with project proposals. This is a full-time position and we welcome candidates who are open to relocating.
Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed estimates for commercial construction projects
Analyze blueprints specifications and other documentation
Collaborate with project managers and subcontractors
Assist in budget planning and proposal development
Qualifications:
Experience in commercial estimating or construction
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Ability to work full-time on-site in DFW (relocation support available)
