The Project Management job family is responsible for planning executing and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget. This includes setting deadlines assigning responsibilities and monitoring the progress of the project.
Job Description:
This Band 1 Project Management role is an entry-level role that supports and assists in executing strategies within the team or organization. The role is typically involved in smaller less complex projects with low to medium levels of innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supports and assists in executing strategies in team or organization.
- Participates in the development and implementation of new ideas techniques procedures services or products under guidance.
- Focuses on specific tasks or segments within a project with clearly defined and narrow objectives.
- Works under direct supervision follows well-defined precedents and policies.
- Accomplishes tasks as an individual contributor with close supervision from higher band employees.
Qualifications:
- Develops basic knowledge and skills necessary for current job requirements.
- Engages in learning opportunities and may assist in change management initiatives for new processes under guidance.
