Aztrum is delighted to be representing an AJ100 Architectural firm committed to delivering innovative and sustainable projects across a range of different sectors.
My client is looking for an experienced BIM Manager with a strong architectural background to lead Building Information Modelling (BIM) initiatives.
As a BIM Manager you will play a key role in overseeing and implementing the BIM strategy across various projects.
Key Responsibilities for this BIM Manager role:
- Develop implement and manage BIM strategies standards and workflows across all stages of design and construction.
- Oversee the creation coordination and management of BIM models ensuring accuracy and consistency across all disciplines.
- Work closely with architects engineers and project managers to integrate BIM processes into design development and construction documentation.
- Ensure all project teams adhere to BIM execution plans (BEP) and deliverables meet industry and client standards.
- Provide ongoing BIM training and support to architectural staff ensuring team members are proficient with the latest BIM tools and workflows.
- Act as the primary point of contact for BIM-related software such as Revit Navisworks and other design tools ensuring software is up-to-date and utilized efficiently.
Requirements for this BIM Manager role:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture Engineering or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in BIM management with a strong background in architecture.
- Proficiency in BIM tools such as Revit Navisworks AutoCAD and other related software.
- Deep understanding of BIM standards processes and protocols (ISO 19650 PAS 1192 etc.).
- Strong leadership and project management skills with the ability to guide multidisciplinary teams.
