Job Description

Your contribution

  • Recording and maintenance of all relevant employee master data in Success Factors Employee Central and ATOSS
  • Maintenance of absences in the time management system in particular maternity leave parental leave illness including the execution of pre-sickness declarations with health insurance companies vacation and other absences
  • Administrative personnel work from the time employees join the company until they leave
  • Administration of the company pension scheme and voluntary employer benefits
  • Central contact person for employees and competent response to internal and external inquiries
  • Administration Maintenance and digitalization of personnel files
  • Contract/registration and certification management preparation of letters such as employment references and works council hearings
  • Organization of the administrative area of local application management
  • Close cooperation with HR BP
  • Preparation of statistics and reports in the HR area
  • Ongoing maintenance of the staffing plan and personnel budget in coordination with HR BP and CO

Your strengths

  • Completed business studies with a focus on HR or comparable commercial vocational training with subsequent further training e.g. HR specialist
  • Several years of relevant professional experience in HR/personnel administration
  • Confident knowledge of MS Office products (Word PowerPoint Excel)
  • Knowlegdein the HR software ATOSSSuccessFactors (EC/ECP) is desirable
  • Basic knowledge of employment law
  • Organizational strength and good time management as well as a systematic independent and generalist way of working
  • High resilience and flexibility as well as commitment and team spirit
  • High sense of responsibility accuracy diligence and discretion
