Your mission
Bikeleasing is on a steep path to success as a leading provider of company bikes and is currently undergoing an exciting phase of transformation and rapid growth. Despite our expansion delivering outstanding service remains our top priority. At our Vellmar location we offer our company bike users a well-designed and unique insurance service. This works so well thanks to our strong local team known for its pragmatic and solution-oriented approach ensuring that customer concerns are handled quickly and professionally.
To strengthen our team were looking for detail-oriented and well-organized individuals to support our claims processing in the area of bicycle insurance. Would you like to become part of our team in Vellmar Wed love to hear from you!
- You support our customers via phone and email
- You assess and process incoming service requests
- You handle correspondence with our partners including employers employees retailers and leasing companies
- You maintain and update data in our clear and intuitive CRM system
Your profile
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or hold a comparable qualification
- You are confident using MS Office 365
- You have strong logical thinking skills to correctly assess and categorize various service cases
- You work in a proactive independent and solution-oriented manner
- German language skills at a minimum of C1 (business fluent)
