Job Title: Nurses for Wards and Deluxe Rooms

As we expand our services we are looking for dedicated and skilled nurses to join our team in providing quality care to patients in wards and deluxe rooms.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in wards and deluxe rooms.
  • Monitor patients conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Assist with daily living activities and ensure patient comfort.
  • Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic care.
  • Implement care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
  • Educate patients and families on healthcare needs and services.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient safety programs.
  • Prepare and assist with diagnostic tests and procedures.
  • Manage patient flow and assist in triaging incoming patients.
  • Maintain a clean safe and organized environment for patients.
  • Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and families.
  • Participate in staff meetings and training sessions.
  • Adhere to infection control and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) qualification from a recognized institution.
  • Valid nursing license to practice in India.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a clinical setting.
  • Strong understanding of patient care standards and protocols.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using medical equipment and technologies.
  • Availability to work shifts including nights and weekends.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Compassionate and empathetic disposition towards patients.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
  • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Basic life support (BLS) certification.
  • Experience in a specialty area (e.g. pediatrics geriatrics) is a plus.
