Job Summary:
The Manager Business Development (Adhesives) is responsible for driving sales and expanding the market presence of webbing products. This role involves identifying new business opportunities developing relationships with key customers and executing strategic sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Market Expansion: Develop and implement sales strategies to grow the business in domestic and international markets.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers distributors and industry stakeholders.
Business Development: Identify new markets potential clients and business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
Negotiation & Deal Closure: Lead negotiations with customers ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
Technical Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of webbing products their applications and industry trends.
Market Research & Analysis: Monitor competitor activities pricing strategies and industry trends to enhance market positioning.
Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports forecasts and market analysis for senior management.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including production logistics and finance to ensure seamless order and customer satisfaction.
Trade Shows & Networking: Represent the company at industry events exhibitions and trade fairs to generate leads and build brand awareness.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Sales Marketing or a related field.
5 years of experience in business development or sales preferably in adhesives webbing textiles or industrial materials.
Strong understanding of adhesives products and their applications across various industries.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and travel as required.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
