Role Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings screening and interviewing candidates.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to maintain compliance with labor laws.
- Facilitate employee onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
- Support performance management processes including goal setting and evaluations.
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives and promote a positive workplace culture.
- Address employee inquiries and resolve workplace conflicts effectively.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback for organizational improvements.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Coordinate training and development programs for employee skills enhancement.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the workplace.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review.
- Oversee employee benefits administration and payroll processing.
- Assist in maintaining the HR information system (HRIS).
- Develop strategies for talent retention and succession planning.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in human resources.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management or related experience in HR roles preferably as an HR Executive.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Proficient in HR software and MS Office Suite.
- Adept in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Skills in conflict resolution and problem-solving.
- Experience with employee training and development.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of database management systems.
- Capability to manage multiple projects effectively.
- Proactive attitude towards driving HR initiatives and improvements.
