What Youll Be Doing

As our new Office Clerk youll be the go-to support for keeping our administrative processes running like clockwork. Your daily routine will include a mix of organization communication multitasking—and a healthy dose of problem-solving.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining and updating files records and documents so everything is right where it should be
  • Answering and directing incoming calls with professionalism and a friendly attitude
  • Sorting and distributing incoming mail and managing outgoing packages and correspondence
  • Supporting meeting logistics—scheduling appointments prepping materials and handling refreshments
  • Tracking and organizing invoices bills and office expenses
  • Keeping office equipment in working order and arranging for maintenance when needed
  • Managing inventory and ordering supplies to ensure the team has what they need
  • Taking notes and dictation when required—your fast typing skills will come in handy
  • Providing general support to team members and departments as needed

  • A high school diploma is required; a bachelors degree is a plus
  • Previous experience as an Office Clerk File Clerk or similar administrative role
  • Familiarity with office procedures bookkeeping and basic accounting principles
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word and Excel)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to manage multiple tasks at once without breaking a sweat
  • Highly detail-oriented and committed to accuracy
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • A team player whos always ready to lend a hand
