The Role
We are looking for a motivated Graduate Civil Engineer to join our team in Brussels. This hybrid position offers the flexibility of both office and remote work and is ideal for an early-career engineer ready to contribute to landmark civil infrastructure projects.
In this role you ll be involved in the design and coordination of major works with hands-on experience using tools such as AutoCAD Navisworks or similar platforms. You will be part of a collaborative and multidisciplinary team with strong support for professional development and career growth.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the design and technical development of infrastructure projects (roads tunnels bridges utilities etc.)
Prepare and review engineering drawings models and documentation using AutoCAD Navisworks or similar software.
Work closely with senior engineers and project teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of designs.
Conduct site visits surveys and data collection as required.
Contribute to planning feasibility studies and technical reports.
Ensure designs comply with local and international codes standards and safety regulations.
Collaborate across departments and with external stakeholders to support project delivery.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Master s degree in Civil Engineering or related field OR Bachelor s degree with 2 years relevant experience.
Proficiency in civil design software such as AutoCAD Navisworks or equivalent tools.
Basic understanding of large infrastructure project workflows and technical requirements.
Strong attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Fluent in French or Dutch with proficiency in English (spoken and written) required.
Legal right to work in Belgium or EU citizenship.
