We are seeking a Manager Digital Innovation to join the Digital Innovation & Alliances Team to identify breakthrough innovations and strategic partnerships in alignment with our business priorities.
What You Will Achieve
In this position you will play a critical role in supporting Digital Innovation Strategy Directors in identification evaluation and implementation of cutting-edge digital solutions (e.g. AI agents Chatbots AI in R&D wearable technology emulation technology) to support our medical & R&D partners across the enterprise.
This role is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in applying innovation at Pfizer and to make a meaningful contribution to advancing healthcare by leveraging cutting-edge digital technologies.
You will be working with a talented and diverse team of professionals dedicated to driving innovation and excellence in pharmaceutical research and development.
How You Will Achieve It
Scan market Health and Life Sciences and Digital trends to identify and define disruptive technologies business models potential partnerships that can support Pfizers strategic goals in R&D & medical space.
Support Digital Innovation Strategy Directors in design and execution of Proofs of Concepts /Experiments aligned with current medical & R&D needs
Be able to understand opportunities and challenges of Pfizer R&D and medical groups be able to deliver a prioritized list of potential partners/partnership concepts based on various research methodologies that could address those opportunities and challenges.
Deliver on a wide range of short term and long-term strategic projects strategy execution and business development activities
Will lead with the support of Digital Innovation Strategy Directors moderately complex projects
Continuously track and evaluate AI related innovations and other digital and technological advancements that we engage in that might be relevant to our business
Manage relationships with platform providers and consulting vendors to ensure delivery excellence.
Qualifications
Must-Have
Bachelors degree in Medicine Biotechnology Public Health Pharmacy or a related field with 4 years of experience.
Strong understanding of clinical development medical affairs or drug discovery processes.
Proven experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration.
Ability to synthesize complex data (e.g. health data market trends financials) into actionable insights.
Nice-to-Have
MBA/MS with 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
Familiarity with innovation ecosystems startup technologies and digital health platforms.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience engaging senior stakeholders.
