POSITION OVERVIEW:

As an SaaS Account Manager you will have a key role to manage and expand our relationship with existing clients ensuring their ongoing success and satisfaction with our solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong relationship management skills capable of driving client success and revenue growth in a dynamic environment. This is a strategic role that goes beyond client interaction involving significant involvement in the creation and development of the account management function at Yuma. It will be focused on clients in the US market this role requires you to work American East Coast hours.
