Be Caring is recruiting 3 full-time Care Workers (Drivers only)
- 2x Female Drivers
- 1x Male Drivers
Covering areas across Newcastle including: Fawdon Gosforth Kenton Heaton North Jesmond and Dinnington (NE2 NE3 NE7 NE13).

- We pay fairly for your time: No pay-per-call here! Youre paid for the full block from the first call to the last.
- 12.75/hr (Drivers)
- 45p per mile for drivers

Working Hours
Your working hours will be aligned with our shift patterns which include early starts late evenings and weekend working:
- Early shift: 7:00am - 3:00pm
- Late shift: 4:00pm - 10:00pm
Well agree your working pattern together setting a 2 week rota which includes:
- Alternate full weekends
- Every Saturday or every Sunday
- Agreed evening availability

Youll support people in your local community to:

Whether its helping with medication preparing meals assisting with personal care or being a friendly face youll be making a real difference every single day.
No Experience No Problem.
Whether your brand new to care or returning after caring for someone close to you we provide comprehensive training:
- 1 week classroom-based induction
- 2 days shadowing with experienced colleagues
- Ongoing online learning modules
Youll also gain training in:
- Mental health and capacity (Oliver McGowan Tier 1)
- Moving and positioning
- Medication and nutrition
- Dignity respect and professional boundaries
