- You will be responsible for answering all calls and responding to member inquiry emails for the YMCA of Southern Interior BC Health Fitness & Aquatics centres
- Provide assistance to members and guests and direct calls accordingly
- General office duties such as filing system maintenance and general typing/keyboarding
- Support the administration customer experience and/or operational effectiveness of the Health Fitness & Aquatics facilities
- Support teams and departments with administrative transactions such as cancellations holds membership sales program configuration account maintenance financial assistance fitness child & youth and aquatics registrations.
- Use software applications such as but not limited to: ActiveNet CLASS MINDBODY EPACT Survey Monkey
- You have the ability to work within a busy customer centered environment managing several tasks simultaneously and working through conflict resolutions
- Support and promote volunteerism and philanthropy
Wed love to hear from people with:
- Customer Service/ Sales Experience
- Standard First Aid and CPR an asset
- Proficient in Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint and Publisher
- Working knowledge of multiple software applications such as SalesForce Avocado MINDBODY is an asset
- Ability to work evening shifts
