As we grow were looking for a dedicated Agile Coach & Mentor to help shape our teams drive a continuous improvement mindset and develop the next generation of leaders.
Youll empower teams to work autonomously champion collaboration and help us deliver an outstanding experience for our customers online.
What Youll Be Doing
- Coaching and mentoring multiple high-performing individuals and teams
- Building a proactive positive and innovative culture
- Facilitating engaging training sessions on digital marketing product knowledge and agile ways of working
- Strengthening leadership capability across the business
- Supporting cross-functional teams to adopt an end-to-end value mindset
- Applying agile values and continuous improvement practices
- Encouraging research development and innovation in the digital space

- A passion for coaching mentoring and seeing others succeed
- Experience with social media digital marketing or online business
