Grade:

Position Summary: Oversees and maintains all daily operations of payroll processing includinggenerating and finalizing the monthly biweekly and off-cycle payrolls. Supervises payrollanalysts and is responsible for ensuring that all payrolls are processed accurately and with Talent Management regarding timing of processing all payrolls. Requires
excellent leadership analytical and communication skills.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelors degree in accounting business administration or equivalent experience in
lieu of education
Experience:
Five (5) years experience in accounting or payroll administration
Previous supervisor experience preferred
Specialized Knowledge Licenses Ect.:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Office Suite
Knowledge of KRONOS time reporting software
Familiar with union payroll and collective bargaining agreements
Bilingual in Spanish preferred
