Job Description
Interested in aProduction Associateposition that pays $19-$21/hour to start
A Precast Concrete Production facility is looking to add members to their production team.
This is a great opportunity with competitive pay raises offered when eligible and long-term opportunities within the company!
Production Associate Duties:
-Strip and clean concrete forms and products
-Prepare steel molds for filling with concrete
-Perform basic carpentry skills
-Facility maintenance and housekeeping
-Quality Control
-Operating Diecast Machinery
-Working with Team Members to Complete Projects Must be a TEAM PLAYER
-Must be OK with Standing and Heavy Lifting This is a Physical Job!
-Maintain a Positive Attitude while Working Safely
**Industrial Forklift Experience is a PLUS but Not Required for All Positions
Schedule:
- Monday-Friday 5am-1:30pm (later end time when overtime is needed)
- Overtime
Concrete Production Requirements:
- Ability to work 35-50 hours a week
- Ability to lift 40lbs or so as needed
- Be comfortable bending reaching twisting throughout your shift
