Job Description

Process Solutions Integration (PSI) a SunSource company is the one source supplier for instrumentation & filtration products with the relationships skills and infrastructure to deliver the products and services for all of your applications.

Essential Functions

Receive inspect and accurately stock incoming inventory

Pick pack and ship customer orders timely and precisely

Maintain a clean organized and safe warehouse environment

Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory control

Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment (training provided)

Load and unload trucks and deliveries

Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and in-person

Process orders returns and exchanges using Epicor Prophet 21 ERP

Research and resolve order/delivery issues professionally

Collaborate with sales and operations teams to meet customer needs

Collaborate with the customer service representatives at other locations to cover vacations illnesses or any other temporary absences

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous warehouse operations or customer service experience preferred

ERP experience (Epicor Prophet 21 preferred)

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Computer literatecomfortable with inventory/shipping systems

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Forklift certification is a plus or willingness to obtain
