How you will make contributions that matter
Are you a detail-driven professional with a passion for supply chain coordination and customer service Join our Milk Supply & Planning team as aCustomer Supply Administrator where youll play a key role in managing all milk movements across SDA sites.
Reporting to the Dairy Solids Broking Lead this role is responsible for the accurate and timely processing reconciliation and reporting of all bulk liquid milk movements. Youll also be the main point of contact for third-party partners ensuring smooth communication and exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and reconcile all milk movements across SDA sites
- Manage purchase and sales orders delivery numbers and invoicing in SAP
- Ensure accurate daily and monthly reporting to internal teams and third-party partners
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in data and transactions
- Maintain master data and ensure pricing accuracy
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve processes and resolve issues
About you
- Working experience in a similar administrative or supply chain role
- Strong Excel and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- High attention to detail and a proactive mindset
- SAP experience and dairy industry knowledge are highly valued
