TES Staffing Partners with Premier Luxury Furniture Manufacturer Now Hiring Experienced Millwork/Furniture Makers!
Location: Rochester NY Full-time Direct Hire Starting at $22/hr
TES Staffing is thrilled to partner with one of Rochesters most respected and well-establishedhigh-end luxury millwork and custom furniture manufacturers. Renowned for their craftsmanship innovation and design excellence this company createscustom kitchens bars closets and detailed interior installationsfor discerning residential and commercial clients.
We are seekingexperienced motivated and detail-oriented Millwork/Furniture Makersto join their talented team. This is adirect hireopportunityyoull be hired directly by the manufacturerwith immediate access to their outstanding benefits and growth opportunities.
What Youll Be Doing:
Interpret and build fromtechnical blueprints and CAD drawings.
Craft high-end custom millwork and furniture usinga variety of materials: wood veneer laminates MDF solid surface and more.
Operate woodworking machinery and tools with precision and safety.
Maintain a clean organized and efficient workspace.
Work alongside project managers and designers tomeet project deadlines and quality standards.
Communicate proactively with the team about progress challenges and ideas.
Own your projects from start to finishsome lasting several weeks or months.
Provide mentorship to junior team members or apprentices when needed.
What Were Looking For:
Proven hands-on experiencein millwork cabinetry custom furniture or home construction.
Mastery of advanced woodworking techniques joinery and finish sanding.
Ability to read technical plans and use PC-based software to understand shop drawings.
Familiarity with installing cabinet accessories glides doors and specialty hardware.
Strong attention to detail and dedication to quality.
Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk throughout the workday.
Excellent organizational andproblem-solving skills.
Professionalism when collaborating withhigh-profile clients and team members.
A passion for craftsmanship and pride in every project.
