Job Description
Reporting to the Director of Corporate Development (CDEV) the Knowledge & Collaboration Specialist will play a key role in optimizing the companys collaboration and teamwork practices. You will be responsible for maintaining global collaboration guidelines providing training and supporting the continuous improvement of workplace collaboration tools and methods. Additionally you will help onboard new teams and business areas to the collaboration environment and ensure best practices are effectively implemented.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct training sessions and workshops on our collaboration environment tools and practices
Provide consulting services to teams on how to enhance productivity and teamwork
Develop update and manage global collaboration guidelines and documentation
Support change management initiatives related to our collaboration environment
Work closely with the global team to align collaboration strategies with business objectives
Monitor collaboration trends and recommend improvements
Assist in troubleshooting collaboration tool-related issues alongside the global team and IT.
Engage and participate in departmental planning meetings and workshops.<
May be assigned to additional duties from time to time (depending on workload)
o Help with general requests to the department in-box
o Support projects/actively leading teams & small projects
Periodic travel including international travel is required. Periodic weekend and evening work may be required. Work from home occasionally permitted depending on work content
Represent Schluter Systems in a professional positive and enthusiastic manner in all matters
Bachelors degree (or higher) in relevant fields such as: Information Management or Knowledge Management Business Administration Communications or Education or related field preferred
At least 4 years of related experience preferred
Detail oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
Strong presentation and facilitation skills for training and moderating groups face to face and remote
Ability to analyze collaboration workflows and identify optimization opportunities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse teams
Extremely proficient computer skills with experience working with collaboration platforms (SharePoint Teams or similar) preferred comfortable learning new applications
Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize problem solve and multitask
Ability to travel including international travel is required
Multilingual preferred but not required

This pay range reflects the base hourly rate or annual salary for positions in this job grade with the final offer depending on factors like experience education location and other relevant considerations. Additionally this role qualifies for extra benefits beyond the base pay range mentioned.
