We are currently seeking a motivated and experiencedBand 6 Occupational Therapist to join our NHS clients healthcare team inSutton Coldfield Warwickshire. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive and dynamic environment delivering high-quality care to individuals across a range of clinical settings. What will your responsibilities be
As a Band 6 Occupational Therapist you will manage a diverse caseload conduct comprehensive assessments and delivering tailored interventions to support patients in achieving their functional goals. You will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team contribute to care planning and discharge processes and ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation. The role may involve working in community inpatient or rehabilitation settings depending on service needs.
