Job Description
Job Title:Occupational Therapist
Band: 6
Location:Sutton Coldfield Warwickshire
Working Hours:37.5 hours per week
We are currently seeking a motivated and experiencedBand 6 Occupational Therapist to join our NHS clients healthcare team inSutton Coldfield Warwickshire. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive and dynamic environment delivering high-quality care to individuals across a range of clinical settings. This position is available on alocum basiswith animmediate startand offerscompetitive rates.
What will your responsibilities be
As a Band 6 Occupational Therapist you will manage a diverse caseload conduct comprehensive assessments and delivering tailored interventions to support patients in achieving their functional goals. You will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team contribute to care planning and discharge processes and ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation. The role may involve working in community inpatient or rehabilitation settings depending on service needs.

Qualifications and Experiences:
- Degree or Diploma in Occupational Therapy
- HCPC registration essential
- Minimum of 12 months post-qualification experience
- Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a caseload
- Experience in relevant clinical settings (e.g. community acute rehab) is desirable
