At our Heidelberg location we are currently looking for a motivated and committed Controller (m/f/d) to help us take our controlling department to the next level.

Main Tasks:

• Updating KPIs and sending various management reports (daily sales overdue receivables maintenance costs balanced score card monthly results)
• Preparing the daily sales and inventory report independently
• Internal clarification of controlling-related issues
• Preparation of raw data from various data sources (mainly Excel and SAP)
• Support with investment calculations and product costings
• Checking and approving purchase requisitions
• Very good knowledge of business management correlations (warehousing cash flow standard costs productivity)
• Support with internal compliance (SOX) documentation

Qualification:

• Completed business studies preferably with a focus on finance
• First work experience
• Fluid Knowledge in German Good knowledge of English (both verbally and written)
• Very good knowledge of MS Excel
• Self-initiative and willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently and on your own responsibility
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work in a team
