The Position
- Supervise kitchen operations prepare cook and present food ensuring quality and customer satisfaction
- Receive store rotate supplies and communicate inventory needs to management
- Maintain hygiene presentation standards and gather customer feedback for continuous improvement
- Develop industry knowledge through training updating skills and maintaining certifications
- Apply catering control principles to reduce waste control portions and manage stock effectively
- Ensure cleanliness safety and compliance with company policies in all kitchen activities
The Person
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
- Prior experience in a similar culinary environment
- Ability to work under pressure with professionalism and positivity
- Team player who can also work independently
- Flexible reliable and physically fit
- Strong communication skills and hardworking attitude
