Experience
Five plus years of related work experience in reconciling high volume complex accounts using computer generated records. Previous management experience preferred.
Education
Bachelors degree in accounting or related field is essential.

Language Skills
Ability to read analyze and interpret general business periodicals professional journals technical procedures or regulations. Ability to write reports business correspondence and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of employees members or clients.
Managerial Responsibility
Has supervisory/managerial responsibilities that are directly related to a subordinate group of 3 to 5 employees. Assists in estimating personnel needs and assigns work to meet these needs. Supervises coordinates and reviews the work of assigned staff. Recommends candidates for employment conducts performance evaluations and salary reviews for assigned staff and applies company policy.
Computer/Office Equipment Skills
Must have the ability to type a minimum of 35 words per minute. Thorough knowledge of computerized double entry accounting systems and federal banking rules and regulations. Ability to use a computer and accounting-related software applications. Must be proficient in the use of the computer and electronic spreadsheet and word processor software applications. Must be able to use the ten-key by touch.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts interest commissions proportions percentages area circumference and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Other Skills
Ability to effectively lead and direct the work of other employees.

Requiressitting using hands to handle or feel reaching with hands and arms talks and hears.

Requires close distance peripheral and depth perception vision as well as the ability to focus.
