This role sits at the intersection of our enterprise accounts Relay Operations Center (ROC) and ATS Scheduling teams where youll orchestrate the complex dance of capacity planning resource procurement and network optimization. Youll be instrumental in building programs that will help drive efficiency and optimal support for our largest customers - working directly with supply chain leaders executives and COOs.

Key job responsibilities Primary Focus Areas:
Lead strategic capacity planning and procurement initiatives across multiple regions Partner with enterprise account teams to translate volume forecasts into actionable capacity plans Collaborate with ROC teams to optimize resource allocation and network efficiency Work closely with ATS Scheduling to ensure seamless execution of daily operations Develop planning mechanisms that balance customer demand with operational capabilities Create and implement escalation protocols for peak periods and volume surges Drive continuous improvement in planning accuracy and resource utilization

- 7 years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience - 7 years of program or project management experience - 7 years of managing analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership experience - Bachelors degree - Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization - Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
