Support the M&A team by assisting with research financial analysis valuation due diligence and related administrative tasks. Ideal candidates have 0 to 3 years of experience in investment banking financial services or consulting and strong analytical organizational and communication skills.

Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct market industry and company-specific research.

  • Prepare business summaries transaction summaries and financial models.

  • Draft and maintain valuation models and databases.

  • Coordinate and support due diligence and other transaction execution activities with internal teams and external parties.

  • Manage due diligence requests and documentation.

  • Support integration planning and post-acquisition performance reviews.

  • Communicate effectively across teams to ensure alignment.

Education

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Economics or related field.

Experience

  • 0 to 3 years experience in investment banking private equity consulting or similar.

  • Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.

  • Familiarity with mergers and acquisitions and other transaction processes preferred.

  • Excellent analytical organizational and communication skills.
