Job Description
Job Summary
Job Responsibilities
Conduct market industry and company-specific research.
Prepare business summaries transaction summaries and financial models.
Draft and maintain valuation models and databases.
Coordinate and support due diligence and other transaction execution activities with internal teams and external parties.
Manage due diligence requests and documentation.
Support integration planning and post-acquisition performance reviews.
Communicate effectively across teams to ensure alignment.
Education
Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Economics or related field.
Experience
0 to 3 years experience in investment banking private equity consulting or similar.
Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
Familiarity with mergers and acquisitions and other transaction processes preferred.
Excellent analytical organizational and communication skills.
