Your Role:
As a Human Resources Officer youll play a key role in supporting the full employee lifecyclefrom onboarding and employee relations to offboarding and HR administration. Youll work closely with the HR Manager Recruiter and wider team to ensure our people feel supported valued and connected to their purpose.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assists with recruitment and onboarding processes
- Prepares employment contracts and HR documentation
- Assist with performance management and employee relations
- Coordinates orientation and exit interviews offboarding
- Supports employee relations and performance review processes
- Manages HR events records and general inquiries
- Contributes to HR projects and initiatives
What you will bring to the role:
- Minimum 23 years HR experience in a generalist or advisory role
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality while providing balanced and impartial HR advice to employees and managers
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and compliance
- Strong commitment to ethical conduct professionalism and integrity in all aspects of work
- Experience with the SCHADS Award and Human Services Sector is highly desirable.
- Blue card and Police check required for this role.
