Trintech is seeking an Alliance Field Marketing Specialist to drive strategic field-focused marketing initiatives centered on our partnership with Workday and its broader ecosystem. This role goes beyond traditional campaign execution youll act as a strategic connector between Trintech and Workday building awareness loyalty and joint momentum through high-touch field-driven programs.
Youll be the go-to marketer for engaging Workdays regional teams solution consultants and partner managers ensuring Trintech is not only marketed alongside Workday but also marketed effectively to Workdays internal stakeholders. This role blends relationship-building with execution and offers a unique opportunity to influence field alignment and partner-sourced growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Field Marketing to Workday (50%)
- Build and execute targeted field marketing programs to educate engage and activate Workday sales industry and partner teams.
- Deliver enablement campaigns internal webinars and newsletters tailored to Workday field and alliance stakeholders.
- Focus messaging and programs on Workdays key verticals especially Financial Services and Retail & Hospitality where Trintech has deep solution alignment and market traction.
- Create Workday-facing materials (e.g. pitch decks cheat sheets solution snapshots) to ensure Trintech stays top-of-mind.
- Collaborate with Workday Partner Managers and Trintech Alliances team to align GTM plays with field priorities.
- Proactively nurture relationships with Workday field reps to generate awareness and stimulate referrals.
Co-Marketing &Ecosystem Programs (35%)
- Work with Trintech Marketing to lead joint marketing initiatives with Workday and top-tier Workday Services Partners (SIs) including webinars events and co-branded campaigns.
- Manage sponsorships speaking engagements and presence at key ecosystem events like Workday Rising.
- Align joint messaging and value propositions with evolving Workday positioning and vertical plays.
- Track impact of ecosystem campaigns and field engagement on sourced/influenced pipeline.
Partner Operations & Strategic Support (15%)
- Support Workday practice by keeping up-to-date campaign calendars partner communications and QBR prep.
- Maintain and optimize partner portals shared content hubs and enablement libraries to reflect current activity.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Trintech sales product and marketing teams to streamline partner execution.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
- At least 4 years of B2B marketing experience ideally with a focus in alliance marketing field marketing or partner enablement.
- Strong understanding of enterprise software sales cycles particularly around ERP finance or planning tech; Workday ecosystem familiarity is highly valued.
- Experience building programs that influence partner field teams and drive partner-sourced demand.
- Exceptional communication and relationship management skills; youre as comfortable leading a webinar as you are engaging partner sellers 1:1.
- Agile detail-oriented and able to balance strategic thinking with strong tactical execution.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Workdays GTM model PRM systems or internal communications processes.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketo/HubSpot and campaign analytics tools.
- Prior participation in Workday Rising or other alliance-led programs.
- A knack for translating GTM strategy into clear action-oriented marketing tactics.
