Job Description

Position: HR Recruiter (Non-IT Recruitment)
Industry: Iron & Steel Manufacturing
Location: Srikalahasti Andhra Pradesh
Experience: Minimum 6 years
Salary: 50000 per month (based on experience)
Note: Only candidates willing to relocate to Srikalahasti should apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment for manufacturing (non-IT) roles
Source candidates through job portals databases networking and referrals
Call and screen candidates directly to assess fit and interest
Coordinate interviews feedback and offer rollouts
Maintain recruitment reports and ensure smooth onboarding
Requirements:
Minimum 6 years of experience in non-IT recruitment
Mandatory experience in the manufacturing sector (Iron & Steel preferred)
Strong communication and candidate engagement skills
Ability to manage multiple open roles at once
Familiarity with recruitment tools ATS and databases
