With offices in Riga and Vilnius the team is rapidly growing and we are looking for Customer Success Specialists to join our Business Team in Riga. Working here you will be part of a dynamic mix of people with different backgrounds skills experiences and passionate minds.
As a Customer Success Specialist (Financial Services) you would be responsible for the customers journey within the Nexpay ecosystem with the emphasis on connecting the dots between the client sales team and the compliance team.

As a Customer Success Specialist in this role you will:
Help customers move through the onboarding process and ongoing due diligence (ODD) in line with Nexpays customer service and onboarding procedures.
Take part in evaluating the prospects business activity company structure and documentation during the onboarding and due diligence process.
Recognize and assess company documents and corporate structures.
Act as a key communication link between the Compliance team and customers ensuring clear and professional interaction with both internal and external senior stakeholders.
Maintain and update the client database.
Track and manage ongoing due diligence (ODD) deadlines proactively following up with clients and internal teams to ensure timely document submission and process completion.
Support incoming client queries across multiple live support channels.
Collaborate closely with Finance Account Managers and other internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and servicing.
Ensure high attention to detail in document evaluation data entry and client communication to maintain compliance standards and avoid errors.
Use internal tools such as Google Drive Excel Word to manage information workflows and collaboration.
What were looking for:
1 year of experience in communications marketing sales account management or customer success
Passion for providing the best client experience
Ability to work with sensitive complex clients data
Analytical and process-oriented mindset
High attention to detail
Ability to work effectively across multiple departments in a deadline-driven environment
Excellent written communication skills and ability to convey complex information in a clear understandable way
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Other languages are seen as an advantage.
Previous experience in the Fintech sector would be an advantage.

Gross salary of 1460-1600 EUR per month based on qualifications and experience KPI bonus system
