About the Role
In the capacity of Scheduling Coordinator you will be responsible for responding to staffing requests rostering staff to clients and meeting the expectations of our clients participants referring organisations and staff in a timely manner.
The role will include:
Answering phone calls and assisting with client and stakeholder enquiries which may include a rotating roster to ensure after hours coverage Scheduling of support staff and ensuring all client services are filled in a timely mannerUsing the Nightingale platform to schedule staff and case note occurrences.Develop rosters to achieve efficiency and meet the needs of the clientsRespond to cancellations and call ins in a timely mannerEnsure compliance with all relevant legislation standards and regulationsComplete rostering tasks within designated timeframeEnsure all clients contact is managed in an empathetic friendly engaging and patient manner to quickly build rapport trust and confidence with CCT stakeholders.Essential Requirements:
Demonstrated experience in a similar high-volume staff rostering and scheduling roleDemonstrated knowledge and understanding of rostering and scheduling processesExceptional communication skills both written and verbalDemonstrated integrity professionalism and high level of resilienceStrong planning and organisation skills with good attention to detail with data entryCompetency in Microsoft Office skills.Desirable Requirements:
Experience with the Nightingale and Employment Hero platforms.Understanding of the Aged Care and Disability sector SCHADS Award and how they impact on rosters will be advantageousYou will bring:The ability to work as part of a team.Willingness to participate in further training and education opportunities.Problem solving negotiation and conflict resolution skillsEffective communication skills and willingness to contribute to our positive workplace culture.Detail-oriented.Why work with us
