As the Sales Operations Manager (LTO) youll lead end-to-end sales operationsfrom lead intake through order fulfillmentdriving efficiency accountability and results through process optimization automation and performance management.

What Youll Do:

    • Leadership & Team Development
    • Lead coach and inspire a high-performing team with clear accountability and professional growth.
    • Train staff on tools and best practices to ensure process adoption and operational excellence.
    • Foster a culture of ownership transparency and continuous improvement.
    • Sales Performance & Operational Excellence
    • Optimize the Lead-to-Order (LTO) process to maximize lead conversion and reduce cycle time.
    • Design and implement dashboards KPIs and scorecards to track performance and uncover insights.
    • Leverage automation and process improvements to streamline workflows and reduce errors.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Partner with Sales Finance BTS and Enablement teams to align goals and deliver exceptional service.
    • Act as the LTO subject matter expert and drive initiatives that improve customer experience and internal efficiencies.
    • Systems & Data Management
    • Manage CRM and internal tools (Salesforce Miro Asana etc.) ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
    • Support financial operations with data-driven insights and accurate revenue reporting.

What you Bring:

    • 5 years of leadership experience in sales operations customer success or revenue enablement.
    • Strong coaching and accountability skills with a proven ability to lead in fast-paced hybrid environments.
    • Proficiency in Excel and CRM tools (Salesforce); bonus if experienced with workflow tools like Miro or Asana.
    • Strong analytical mindset and experience using data to drive decisions and process improvement.
    • Bachelors degree preferred.

What Success Looks Like:

    • High team engagement and performance measured by internal survey results and conversion KPIs.
    • Faster lead-to-order response times improved quoting accuracy and increased conversion rates.
    • Effective change management and system improvements that scale with the business.
    • Clear alignment between operational execution and sales goals.
$70000 - $95000 a year
The annual base salary range for this position is based on the candidates experience qualifications and skill set. The position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
