Job Opening: International Blended Process (Travel) Voice Support
Location: Viman Nagar Pune
Job Type: Full-Time
Shift: Rotational shifts (including night shifts)
Working Days: 5 Days a Week (Any 2 Days Off)
Salary: Up to 35000/month Process Incentives (Up to 36000/month)
Cab Facility: One-Way Cab Provided
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in International Voice Process
Education: Graduate or Undergraduate
About the Role:
We are hiring enthusiastic professionals for an International Blended Process (Travel domain). This role involves handling both voice and non-voice customer interactions related to travel bookings cancellations rescheduling and queries across international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound international customer calls and chats.
Assist with flight bookings itinerary changes cancellations and refunds.
Provide exceptional customer service and resolve travel-related issues.
Ensure adherence to quality and compliance guidelines.
Meet process KPIs including customer satisfaction and resolution time.
Candidate Requirements:
Graduate/Undergraduate from any stream.
Minimum 1 year of experience in international voice support.
Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
Knowledge of GDS (Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo) is a plus.
Flexibility to work in 24/7 rotational shifts including weekends.
